It is our policy to provide the best service that we can to our customers. However, we understand that when the “human factor” is involved in any process, mistakes may happen. See below for circumstances that may arise which will require a little extra attention from us.
- Returns/Refunds of Coffee: We will accept returns of unopened, undamaged, coffee for a refund of money or an exchange of a different type of coffee.
- Freight/bag Damage: Any product sold by Falls Coffee Company that has been damaged during the delivery process, or is found to have a defect, or defective packaging, will require you to contact us immediately. We will then work on a refund of money or for arrangements to have the item returned and replaced.
